Local dishes are in the spotlight at the Auberge de Luins

We invite you to taste our famous Malakoffs as well as other seasonal specialties. Located in the heart of the vineyard, between Lausanne and Geneva, our inn has three rooms, including a bistro, as well as a terrace for the summer season.

In order to guarantee the optimum freshness of our products and to protect the environment, we choose to work with local artisans and producers, as well as with carefully selected local winegrowers.

A legendary cheese ball, which originated in the Crimean War and which Yohan Marguerat, a very young Swiss entrepreneur, aims to transform into a worthy heir to fondue and raclette.
